		<description>You&#039;re right, Ioan.  The visionary cannot rely entirely on user research.  Nobody was clamoring for an iPhone until they saw one.  But research can prevent an innovator&#039;s crash-and-burn.  Furniture.com might have survived if they&#039;d known folks wouldn&#039;t pay $200 to ship a $600 armoire before they started building their site.  And Facebook might have built Beacon differently had they known how creeped out consumers would be when their purchase details automagically appeared in their profile before they put their credit card back in their wallet.</description>
